Medical & Clinical Team
Our medical and clinical team provides patient evaluations, treatment planning, medical oversight, and ongoing clinical care. In addition, they help ensure Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is appropriate for each patient.
Bashar Majeed, MD
Medical DirectorDr. Bashar Majeed serves as Medical Director of Scottsdale Hyperbaric Center and provides physician oversight for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. His approach emphasizes clinical excellence and patient safety. He completed his medical training in Internal Medicine and pursued specialized training in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
Additionally, Dr. Majeed has served as Wound Care Medical Director at multiple Arizona healthcare facilities. His experience includes the management of complex wounds and conditions treated with HBOT. At Scottsdale Hyperbaric Center, he provides medical guidance to support safe, appropriate, and individualized hyperbaric care.
Dana Gangwish, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse PractitionerDana Gangwish is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. Her clinical background includes acute care, cardiovascular medicine, clinical research, gastroenterology, pain management, and specialized procedural settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University in 2018.
At Scottsdale Hyperbaric Center, Dana provides clinical evaluations, patient education, and ongoing medical support for patients receiving Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. In addition, her patient-centered approach emphasizes safety, healing, recovery, and individualized care.
Ashley Archer, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse PractitionerAshley Archer is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background in cardiovascular intensive care, hospice, and geriatric primary care. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University in 2018. Additionally, she has a strong interest in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and its role in supporting healing and recovery.
At Scottsdale Hyperbaric Center, Ashley provides clinical evaluations, patient education, and medical support throughout the hyperbaric treatment process. She emphasizes attentive, individualized care to help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive experience.
Hyperbaric Care Team
Our certified hyperbaric chamber operators and patient care team support patients throughout their entire experience. From the beginning, our team assists with scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and medical records. We also help patients prepare for their appointments and provide continuous monitoring during each hyperbaric session. Together, these services help create a safe, comfortable, and organized experience.

Founder, Owner & Hyperbaric Chamber OperatorLori Bryant is the founder and owner of Scottsdale Hyperbaric Center. She brings more than two decades of experience in health, wellness, and therapeutic care, along with extensive experience in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. As a trained Hyperbaric Chamber Operator, Lori is dedicated to maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment. Her approach emphasizes safety, attentive care, and an exceptional patient experience.
